| APPLICANTS SEEKING INFORMATION UNDER RTI ACT, 2005 |

It has been observed that many of the applicants seeking information under RTI Act, 2005 are sending IPO/DD drawn in favour of "CIPO", "Regional Director" etc. alongwith their applications. Applicants please note that such IPO's/DD's are not acceptable.
The applications under RTI Act, 2005 should be sent alongwith prescribed mode of payment such as IPO/DD drawn in favour of "Accounts Officer, SSC (WR)" |
