Act |
The following may be
noted while submitting requests seeking information under RTI Act:-

Arrangements have been made at the
Facilitation Counter of Staff Selection Commission (Western Region),
Pratishtha Bhawan (Old CGO Building),1st Floor, South Wing,
101,Maharshi Karve Road, Mumbai-400020 India for receiving
applications/request seeking information under RTI Act, 2005. |

Appeals can be made to the Appellate Authority, Regional Director, Staff Selection Commission (Western Region), Pratishtha Bhawan (Old CGO Building), 1st Floor, South Wing, 101, Maharshi Karve Road, Mumbai-400020 India

| APPLICANTS SEEKING INFORMATION UNDER RTI ACT, 2005 |
| It has been observed that many of the applicants seeking information under RTI Act, 2005 are sending IPO/DD drawn in favour of "CIPO", "Regional Director" etc. alongwith their applications. Applicants please note that such IPO's/DD's are not acceptable. The applications under RTI Act, 2005 should be sent alongwith prescribed mode of payment such as IPO/DD drawn in favour of "Accounts Officer, SSC (WR)" |
